“Building rapport online can be hard and we were struggling to find a way to improve our online sales and management presentations whilst continuing to stay highly relational. Erica’s training was outstanding and we saw immediate results. Our sales people have become more intentional with their time and built better relationships with our customers. Our mangers have noted better engagement from stakeholders during presentations. If you’re looking to lift the value of your online experiences I highly recommend Erica’s training”

“Working with Erica was like finding the missing ingredient that made our project work. Her skills with producing, script-writing, and presenting were invaluable, but what I really appreciated was how she made the process easy, fun and hassle-free despite our limited budget. She listened to what we wanted, helped us to edit, improve and fine tune our rough ideas, and then presented our script on camera with clarity, empathy and warmth. We were so happy with the result and we can’t wait to work with her again on our next project.”
